more about crackbook, er…I mean facebook

Well, I’ve been sold. I tried to not do it but it is so easy! I have loved keeping in touch with people, people that I had forgotten about completely, and it is so nice to get caught up – even if it is on the impersonal side. I mean, who wants to plan, make time, and actually meet at a certain time and place? Really, you just want to have a 10 minute conversation with (if that). Then, on the other hand, there are the people that you genuinely want to chat with and eventually make plans to meet up and spend some time together – and that has been fantastic.

I am still having storage issues which is why there are not climbing picture updates. But, hopefully now that I’m not working (and officially abandoned my ethnographic efforts for the time being) I might be able to make more time to do more of this.
